We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change if we discover unexpected conditions during the work, like poor soil conditions or hidden obstacles.
We'll always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding. You have the right to cancel the project if the final cost doesn't work for your budget.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to stop work until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Regular maintenance is your responsibility.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel your project before work begins by providing written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or other costs incurred.
Changes to the project scope after work has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. You're responsible for removing or protecting personal items in the work area.
We follow all safety regulations and expect cooperation from property owners. Work areas may be hazardous during construction. Please keep children and pets away from the work zone.
Limitation of Liability
RightWay Norwalk Concrete is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the contracted services. We carry insurance as required by law, but we're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion. We'll work with you to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
